Hi, I’m Katherine.

I have nearly two decades of experience working with individuals and families in a variety of settings. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside people during some of their most challenging — and most transformative — moments. This experience has taught me that change happens in safe, supportive spaces with people you trust. 

Depending on your individual needs, or your company’s needs, I offer counseling, coaching, and consulting services.

I hold three academic degrees: a bachelor’s degree in Communication from North Carolina State University; a Master’s degree in Education from Boise State University; and, a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. In all areas of my work, I draw on both my educational foundation and my two decades of experience as a Marketing & Public Relations Executive, Communication Director, Educator, and Therapist to provide the highest quality, evidence-based services to my clients.
